Diana Joyce Allario, 85, of Berlin, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2023. She was born March 20, 1938 to Fiore and Anna Malvezzi of Bristol. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Allario, first-born son Robert (Bobby) Allario, and great-grandson Aiden Guimond.
Diana, the most loving and devoted sister, mother, grandmother, and aunt, is survived by her two loving sons, Ken Allario, Scott Allario and daughter-in-law Ruth Allario, beloved grandchildren Joseph Allario and wife Shannon Allario, Lindsey Guimond and husband Evan Guimond, and Nicholas Allario. Diana is also survived by her two sisters, Rose Dyno and Anna Dalfino, Anna’s husband, Paul Dalfino, and her sister-in-law Marceline Guarino. As well as several nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and good friends Richard and Carol Spendolini. Diana gave many years as a bank teller and loan officer at MidConn Bank. She was financially savvy, intelligent, and found joy in reading and mastering the daily crossword puzzle. She loved spending time with her family and saw the simple pleasures of life in being a grandmother.
Family and friends are invited to calling hours at Berlin Memorial Funeral Home on Friday, April 28, 2023, from 9 – 11 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 at St. Paul Church, 485 Alling St., Kensington. Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery Berlin.
The family would like to thank the hospice staff at Westerly Hospital for their compassionate care during Diana’s final days.
