Adeline (Del) Vandrilla, wife of the late Angelo P. Vandrilla, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford with her loving family by her side.
 Born in Meriden, she was the daughter of the late Martin and Rose (Gramala) Kawecki. In her youth, she was a parishioner of St. Stanislaus Church and a member of the Children of Mary Society. She was a 1942 graduate of Meriden High School.
 Adeline was a Berlin resident for more than 60 years. She was a member of St. Paul Church in Kensington, belonged to the Rosary Makers, was a member of the Forever Young Club, and was an active member of the Berlin Senior Center.
 Del is survived by three children: Richard and Philip Vandrilla, and Susan Carroll, and a number of beloved nieces and nephews.
 Besides her mother, father, and husband, she was pre-deceased by two brothers, Joseph and Walter Kawecki and two sisters, Ann Lonicki and Helen Mroczka.
 
There are no calling hours. Everyone is directed to go to St. Paul Church, 485 Alling St., Kensington for a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday September 13, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery.
