Shirley Spaulding Zipadelli, 77, of Kensington, passed away on Monday, June 6, 2016 at theHospital of Central Connecticut, New Britain.Born in Falls Church, VA on August 18, 1938, Shirley was the youngest of eleven children born to the late William H. and Nora (Moore) Spaulding.  Shirley was employed as an administrative assistant for the State of Connecticut for many years and a member of St. Paul Church in Kensington. Shirley is survived by a son:  William (Sheri) Zipadelli of Kensington and a daughter:  Shelly (Christopher)Persil of Fairfax, VA, 4 grandchildren:  Nicholas and Alyssa Zipadelli and Emily and Jacqueline Persil several nieces, nephews and cousins.Shirley was pre-deceased by 10 brothers and 2 sisters.

Friends and relatives may call at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main St., Kensington on Monday, June 13, 2016 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.  A Mass of Resurrection and internment will be held in West Falls Church, VA at a later date.
