Kathleen A. (Kloskowski) Swanson, 68, of Middletown, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday September 2, 2017.  She was the daughter of the late Aloysius and Elizabeth (Wiernarz) Kloskowski.  

Kathleen retired from Emhart Corp. in Berlin after 37 years. She enjoyed shopping for bargains, loved a challenging puzzle and spending time with her family.   

Kathleen is survived by a son:  Victor Swanson and his wife, Maryann of Middletown, a daughter:  Cindy Swanson of East Hartford and a brother:  Robert Kloskowski and his wife, Judith of Montana.

Funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, in Kensington.  Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, New Britain.
