Elizabeth (BETTY) Kroher,

Old Saybrook, Betty Kroher 88, passed away peacefully on Monday November 7th, 2016 at Middlesex Hospital in Middletown.  She was predeceased by her husband Otto George Kroher, III.

Born in Hartford, CT, she was a longtime resident of Southington and had been the Executive Director for the Southington Red Cross Chapter for 28 years before retiring to her home in Indian Town, Old Saybrook.

She is survived by her son, Tom and his wife, Denise (Landry) Kroher of Berlin, a daughter, Susan and her husband J. (John) Buckler of Southington, 3 grandsons, Lennie, Michael and David Kroher and 3 granddaughters Melanie Martz, Amanda Savage and Becky Humphrey and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

There are no calling hours. Private Funeral services have been entrusted to the Berlin Memorial Funeral Home, 96 Main St. Kensington.
